Payment terms
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and are the final amount you pay. Nothing is added after you press pay.
- Membership is prepaid and does not auto-renew. Access stops on its own at the end of the period until you choose to pay again.
- Payments are processed by Xendit. Available methods are shown on the payment page when you transact.
- Access activates once payment is verified. Returning to our site from the payment screen does not by itself activate it.
Common questions
Does a free course include a certificate?
Not automatically. Finishing a free course makes you eligible, but issuance requires an active paid membership. Certificates are not sold separately.
Does the subscription auto-renew?
No. The period is prepaid and stops on its own. We hold no debit mandate and cannot charge you without an action by you.
What if I change my mind?
A digital purchase you have not accessed can be cancelled within 7 calendar days. Once paid material has been opened, the service has been delivered. The Payment & Refund Policy has the detail.
Is tax included?
The price shown is the final amount. If our tax status changes so that VAT must be collected, that component will be shown separately before you pay.
