Payment terms
- Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah, and that is the amount you pay. Nothing is added after you press pay.
- You pay up front for one period. When access starts, when it ends, and what happens if you stop are all set out in the Payment & Refund Policy.
- Payments are processed through a licensed payment provider. The available methods appear on the payment page when you transact.
- Access activates once your payment is verified. Returning to our site from the payment screen does not by itself activate it.
Common questions
Does a free course include a certificate?
Not automatically. Finishing a free course makes you eligible, but issuance requires an active paid membership. Certificates are not sold separately. The full conditions are in the Certificate Policy.
Will I be charged again without noticing?
No. Every payment is started by you. How a membership ends and how you renew it are in the Payment & Refund Policy.
What if I change my mind?
There is a cancellation window for a digital purchase you have not opened. Its length and conditions are in the Payment & Refund Policy. We do not retype the number here, so it can never differ from the document.
Do certificates expire?
No. An issued certificate has no validity period and does not expire. It stays valid after your membership ends. Badges have a validity period, which is a different thing.
Is tax included?
The price shown is the final amount you pay. If a tax component ever has to be collected, it is shown separately before you pay.
