Language: this is a courtesy translation. The Indonesian version is the controlling version. Article 31 of Law No. 24 of 2009 requires agreements involving Indonesian parties to be made in Indonesian; where this translation and the Indonesian text differ, the Indonesian text governs.

1. Introduction

This is an agreement between you and PT BISA PROMPT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ("BisaPrompt", "we"), an Indonesian individual company (Perseroan Perorangan) domiciled in North Jakarta Administrative City, operator of the AI learning platform at bisaprompt.com and app.bisaprompt.com (the "Service").

It is written from how the Service actually works.

2. Acceptance

You are bound by these Terms when you create an account, complete onboarding, or use the Service.

Your acceptance is recorded together with the version number in force at that moment and the time of acceptance. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Privacy Policy is not part of this agreement; it is a separate notice. Marketing consent is also separate and optional.

3. About BisaPrompt

BisaPrompt is an Indonesian-language AI learning ecosystem built around Learn → Practice → Prove → Build: structured material, interactive practice, assessments, digital certificates, gamification, community, digital reading resources, and other programmes we launch from time to time.

The operator's identity, incorporation and amendment approval numbers, business identification number, registered address, and complete list of registered business activities (KBLI) appear in the Operator identity block on this page.

4. Eligibility

You confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement under Indonesian law.

The minimum age to hold an account is 17.

Under Law No. 23 of 2002 on Child Protection a person under 18 is still a child, and Article 25 of Law No. 27 of 2022 requires parental or guardian consent to process a child's personal data. A 17-year-old user must therefore obtain parental or guardian consent before creating an account.

On completing registration you declare that you are at least 17 and, if under 18, that you have obtained that consent. The declaration is recorded with its timestamp. We verify a declaration, not an identity document — and we say so plainly. An account created on a false declaration may be suspended.

5. Accounts

  • One person, one account. Accounts are not for sharing.
  • You must give a valid email address and verify it.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
  • You can sign in with email and password, or with Google.
  • Two-factor authentication is available to everyone and mandatory for staff accounts.
  • Your display name may be a nickname or pseudonym. The name printed on certificates is a separate field and must be your real name.

Tell us immediately if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

6. The Service

The Service includes, where available: courses and modules, rich learning material, code and prompt examples, interactive lessons and practice, assessments, human-reviewed challenges, e-books and downloadable resources, in-app readers, digital certificates and their verification, XP, ranks, badges, achievements, quests, rewards, community rooms, an optional talent directory, and features we add later.

Some features require a paid membership. Some are free. What each access tier includes is shown on the relevant page.

7. Courses

Courses may be free or require a paid membership. Structure, module order, completion requirements, and pass requirements are set per course and shown on that course.

We may update, restructure, or retire a course. If a paid course you are taking is retired, see section 26 and the Payment & Refund Policy.

Completing a free course does not by itself give you a certificate. See section 10.

8. Learning material

Material is provided for your personal study. Where a resource is downloadable, the permission to download is for your personal use.

You may not resell, commercially redistribute, copy the material library, or share paid access with people not entitled to it. See section 17.

9. Assessments

Assessments are scored on the server. Attempt limits and pass scores are set per assessment and shown before you start.

Challenges are reviewed by people, allow three attempts, and are never scored automatically.

Cheating on assessments — including sharing answer keys, submitting on someone else's behalf, and automating attempts — is a serious breach. See sections 19 and 28.

10. Certificates

A BisaPrompt certificate states completion of, or achievement within, the BisaPrompt programme named on it.

How it works today: eligibility arises from completing a course and, where the course requires it, passing its assessment. Issuance requires an active paid membership and a printed name on file. Requirements can differ between programmes and are shown on each.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a BisaPrompt certificate is not:

  • an academic degree;
  • a government-issued certification;
  • a professional licence;
  • a guarantee of professional competency;
  • a guarantee of employment, income, or hiring eligibility.

Full rules are in the Certificate Policy.

11. Certificate verification

Every certificate has a credential ID and a public verification link. The verification page shows the minimum: ID, recipient name as printed, course title, completion date, issuer, partner if any, and validity status.

We may retain verification records after an account is closed, so an issued certificate remains provable.

12. XP, ranks, and badges

XP, ranks, badges, achievements, and streaks are part of the gamification system.

Unless expressly stated in a specific programme, all of them:

  • have no cash value;
  • are not financial instruments, means of payment, or digital assets;
  • cannot be exchanged for money;
  • cannot be transferred or sold.

We may correct XP balances, ranks, and badges that arise from technical error, fraud, or manipulation.

The XP ledger is append-only: corrections are recorded as balancing entries, never by deleting history.

We may change XP calculations, rank thresholds, badge artwork, and quest mechanics. Material changes will be announced in advance and will not be applied retroactively to cancel achievements you earned legitimately.

XP values are set per rule and shown on the relevant page. A source that has not been activated awards no XP, and the page for it promises no figure.

13. Quests and campaigns

We run learning quests, community challenges, competitions, seasonal campaigns, and partner programmes.

Each campaign has its own terms covering eligibility, start and end dates, participation requirements, any minimum number of participants, the reward, judging criteria, winner selection, grounds for disqualification, winner verification, reward distribution, tax treatment where applicable, and possible cancellation or modification.

Campaign terms are published on that campaign's page. Where they conflict with this document, the campaign terms govern that campaign; this document governs everything else.

No prize amount is fixed permanently in these Terms.

14. Community

Community rooms are available to members. You are responsible for what you post.

Conduct rules are in the Community Guidelines, which form part of this agreement.

We may moderate, hide, or remove content that breaks those guidelines, and restrict a person's access to community rooms.

15. User content

"User Content" is anything you submit: prompts, projects, challenge submissions, comments, community messages, portfolio items, and files you upload.

You confirm that you own or are entitled to submit your User Content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or applicable law.

You keep ownership of your User Content. Uploading a prompt or a project to BisaPrompt does not make BisaPrompt its owner.

16. Licence to user content

You grant BisaPrompt a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence limited to what is necessary to operate the Service, to: store, technically reproduce, format, display, and transmit your User Content within the Service; create previews or thumbnails where needed; moderate it; and make it available at the visibility level you chose.

This licence:

  • is not perpetual — it ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law, copies in backups not yet rotated, and content that has become part of a public conversation whose removal would break the integrity of other people's contributions;
  • does not give us the right to sell your User Content;
  • does not give us the right to use your User Content in advertising without your separate permission.

If you choose to publish content publicly, others can see and copy it, and we cannot retrieve it from people who have already seen it.

17. BisaPrompt intellectual property

The brand, logo, platform design, source code, interface, learning material, course structure, our own prompts and prompt frameworks, illustrations, videos, assessments, templates, badge artwork, certificate templates, e-books, articles, and marketing material belong to BisaPrompt or its licensors.

You may not:

  • resell courses, in whole or in part;
  • copy the material library;
  • clone the platform or a substantial part of it;
  • commercially redistribute protected material;
  • counterfeit BisaPrompt certificates or produce anything resembling them;
  • impersonate BisaPrompt or represent it without authority;
  • remove or obscure copyright and trademark notices.

18. Acceptable use

Use the Service to learn, practise, and build. Do not use it to harm others, damage the Service, or take what is not yours.

19. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service for:

  • fraud or other unlawful activity;
  • harassment, threats, hate speech, or intimidation;
  • impersonating a person, organisation, or BisaPrompt staff;
  • spam, unsolicited promotion, or engineered engagement;
  • distributing malware or phishing;
  • assessment cheating, including sharing answer keys and submitting on another's behalf;
  • manipulating XP, leaderboards, quests, or rewards;
  • creating multiple accounts to evade limits;
  • circumventing access or payment controls;
  • unauthorised scraping;
  • penetration testing, scanning, or attacks against our infrastructure without written permission;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property.

20. AI content

Some of our material discusses, demonstrates, or produces output with AI assistance. AI output can be wrong, fabricated, biased, outdated, or incomplete, and always requires human judgement before use.

BisaPrompt's learning material is not legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, accounting, or employment advice, and is not a professional certification. For decisions in those areas, consult a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for evaluating AI output before relying on it.

Nothing here is intended to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Third-party AI providers

We teach, reference, and demonstrate tools from various AI providers. Naming a third party's product, name, or logo does not imply ownership, sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or official partnership.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, privacy policies, usage rules, pricing, and API policies. We do not control their availability, pricing, or policy changes.

22. Partnerships

We may work with companies, educational institutions, and other organisations. Partner programme certificates may carry the partner's logo and signatory alongside BisaPrompt's.

The issuer is always BisaPrompt; a partner is a collaborator, never the issuer.

We do not claim a partnership with anyone unless that partnership actually exists.

23. Pricing

Prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes as displayed at checkout.

The total you will pay — after discounts, coupons, or promotions — is always shown before you proceed to payment.

Prices can change. Changes do not apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Tax. The price shown is the final amount you pay; no tax is added after you press pay. If BisaPrompt's tax status changes such that Value Added Tax must be collected, that component will be shown separately at checkout before you pay, and never applied retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

24. Payment

Membership is prepaid for a fixed duration and does not renew automatically. There is no recurring charge that runs without an action by you.

Possible payment states:

  • Successful — access activates once we receive a verified confirmation from the payment provider. Returning to our site from the payment screen does not by itself activate access.
  • Pending — payment not yet confirmed. Access is not active.
  • Failed or expired — the order does not proceed; you can start a new one.
  • Duplicate — if you have been charged more than once for the same transaction, see the Payment & Refund Policy.

We record every payment notification with the result of its signature verification. Access activation happens only through such a verified notification.

Suspected payment fraud and disputes/chargebacks are handled under the payment provider's procedures and applicable law. We do not treat every chargeback as user fraud.

25. Xendit

Payments are processed by Xendit as our payment service provider.

Xendit processes payments; Xendit does not provide, own, or take responsibility for BisaPrompt's learning service. The agreement about the Service remains between you and BisaPrompt.

Available payment methods are those enabled on BisaPrompt's Xendit account and displayed at checkout.

A payment provider outage can delay confirmation. If your payment succeeded but access did not open after the outage ends, contact us with the order reference, date, and amount.

26. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in the Payment & Refund Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Those terms do not reduce your consumer rights under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.

27. Promotions

Coupons, discounts, and seasonal promotions carry their own terms: validity period, eligibility, usage limits, and covered products. Those terms are displayed while the promotion runs.

We may cancel a promotion obtained through abuse, an obvious system error, or a breach of these Terms.

28. Suspension

We may suspend access to part or all of the Service where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, manipulation, or a threat to the security of the Service and its users.

We apply proportionate measures: warning, content removal, temporary restriction, suspension, then permanent termination. For serious breaches we may act at a higher level immediately.

You can appeal through the contact channels on this page.

29. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion from Settings → Security. The consequences are described in Privacy Policy section 20.

We may terminate an account for breach of these Terms. Termination does not by itself extinguish obligations already incurred, and does not by itself invalidate a certificate that was properly issued — certificate revocation is governed by the Certificate Policy.

30. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party provider failures, and events beyond our reasonable control can cause interruptions.

This document does not state a service level agreement.

31. Platform changes

We may add, change, or retire features. For changes that materially reduce what you have already paid for, see the Payment & Refund Policy.

32. Third-party services

The Service depends on third-party providers for hosting, database, email, file storage, payments, authentication, and analytics. Their functions are listed in Privacy Policy section 16.

We are not responsible for third-party acts outside the role we assigned them.

33. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that material will suit your particular purpose, or that you will pass an assessment, obtain a certificate, obtain employment, or earn any particular income.

34. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BisaPrompt's liability arising from or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid BisaPrompt in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Indonesian law, including liability arising from intent, gross negligence, and mandatory consumer rights.

The limitation also does not apply to the extent it conflicts with Article 18 of Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, which prohibits standard clauses that shift a business's liability. If any part of this clause is held to conflict with that provision, that part does not apply and the remainder stands.

35. Applicable consumer rights

Nothing in this document reduces your rights as a consumer under Law No. 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection and its implementing regulations.

Where a provision here conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the consumer right prevails.

36. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

37. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, contact us first through the channels on this page. We will try to resolve it amicably within a reasonable time.

If that does not succeed within 30 calendar days:

  1. As a consumer you may take the dispute to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Body (BPSK) under Law No. 8 of 1999. That choice is entirely yours and we do not restrict it.
  2. If BPSK is not used or does not resolve the dispute, the parties submit it to the North Jakarta District Court, the court of BisaPrompt's domicile.

We have not chosen arbitration. On small-value disputes arbitration usually costs more than the dispute is worth, and requiring it would close the very route the law provides for consumers.

38. Amendments

This document carries a version number and an effective date. A published version is never edited in place; changes are published as a new version with a summary of what changed, and version history is preserved.

For material changes we notify you in the application before the new version takes effect and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version.

39. Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is adjusted to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions stay in full force.

40. Contact

Questions about these Terms go through the channels listed in the Contact block on this page.
