Affiliate Program Terms
The rules of being a BisaPrompt affiliate: commission, proof, tax and payouts.

In short: you share BisaPrompt, we pay 25% commission on the amount the buyer actually paid. The referral discount applies only to somebody's first paid membership, once per account for life. Commission is held for 14 days so a cancelled order cannot be paid out first, and you need to submit proof that you really did share. Tax is withheld as required. Payouts are approved by a person, not automatically.
Language: this is a courtesy translation. The Indonesian version is the controlling version. Article 31 of Law No. 24 of 2009 requires agreements involving Indonesian parties to be made in Indonesian; where this translation and the Indonesian text differ, the Indonesian text governs.
1. Definitions and eligibility
BisaPrompt is the service operated by PT BISA PROMPT ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE. An Affiliate is a BisaPrompt account holder approved to take part in the Affiliate Program. Commission is the amount payable for a transaction attributed to an Affiliate. A Conversion is a paid order attributed to an Affiliate under Section 7.
To become an Affiliate you must:
- be at least 17 years old;
- hold a BisaPrompt account in good standing and not under suspension;
- complete identity verification under Section 3;
- provide a payout account in your own name.
BisaPrompt staff cannot be Affiliates. This restriction is technical rather than merely a policy: staff roles do not hold the capability to apply. The team that runs the program does not take part in it, because the people who approve verifications and proofs must not approve their own.
2. Acceptance and changes to these terms
By applying, you agree to this document at the version in force at that moment. Your acceptance is recorded together with the version number and a content hash, so what you agreed to can be reproduced later.
When a new version is published, you will be asked to accept it again. Until you accept the latest version, your tracking and commission accrual continue — only payouts are held. We show a clear notice rather than blocking without explanation.
3. Registration and identity verification
To become an Affiliate we collect:
- your full legal name as it appears on your identity document;
- a photograph of an identity document bearing your NIK;
- a photograph of your face (a selfie).
Why we collect this. We send you money. We are required to know who we are sending it to, to withhold tax against the correct name, and to be able to prevent one person creating several accounts to give themselves a referral discount.
How it is stored. Your identity documents are held in private storage that is never publicly reachable. The database role the application runs as cannot read their file names. Our verification team can only open them through a link valid for at most 5 minutes, and every access is logged with who opened it and when.
How long it is kept. Once a verification decision is made, your documents are deleted from our storage after a retention period. What remains is the decision, who made it, and when.
If rejected. You may resubmit twice. After that the application is blocked and only an administrator can reopen it.
Fuller terms about personal data are in the Privacy Policy.
4. Commission structure
The standard open commission is 25% of the amount the buyer actually paid.
A rate may differ from the standard, most specific first:
- a separately negotiated creator collaboration;
- a rate set for you on a particular product;
- a running target program you are enrolled in, which raises the rate for its window;
- a per-product rate;
- the standard 25%.
A rate change is not retroactive. The rate in force is stored on your conversion record at the moment that conversion occurs, and that is the figure paid. Lowering the standard rate today does not change commission already recorded yesterday.
Commission is calculated on the amount actually paid, after all discounts including the referral discount — not on the list price.
5. The membership referral rule: once, for life
A new buyer who uses your referral code receives a 25% discount, and you receive 25% commission.
This applies only to somebody's first paid membership, once per account, for life. Specifically:
- an account cannot use a referral code more than once, including a different Affiliate's code;
- a referral code cannot be applied to any later payment;
- a referral code does not stack with a coupon or a sale — the largest single discount applies;
- a referral code cannot be applied retroactively to a purchase already made.
Self-referral is refused. The code's owner and the buyer must not be the same account, and must not share a payout account. This is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.
Note the consequence honestly: you still earn commission on a transaction you generated even if the buyer ultimately used a coupon larger than the referral discount, because you are the one who brought the transaction.
6. Products in scope
The program covers:
- memberships (monthly and yearly);
- e-books that are offered at a price;
- courses, promoted through a tracked link. Because courses are currently reached through membership and are not sold separately, a course link's conversion is the membership order it led to.
An e-book with no price is not for sale and therefore cannot be promoted.
Scope may change with notice. A product that does not exist yet earns no commission.
7. Attribution
Clicks on your tracked links are recorded on our servers. Attribution is last click, within a 30-day window.
For attribution we read only BisaPrompt's own parameters. The UTM values you set are stored for your own analytics and are never used to decide attribution — otherwise an Affiliate could move another Affiliate's commission by editing their own parameters.
Share type is determined by our server and cannot be set from your device:
- From a post — the click arrived with a referrer from a social platform we recognise, or from the address of the post you yourself declared on that link.
- Shared directly — no referrer, or a referrer that is neither of those. For example a link pasted into a chat, a direct message, or a link in a bio.
Clicks from crawlers and link-preview fetchers are recorded but never attributed.
In a dispute, BisaPrompt's server-side record governs. We cannot verify third-party analytics screenshots against our payments.
8. Proof of share
You need to submit proof that you actually shared the link. Proof is always a link, never a file upload.
| Share type | Proof required |
|---|---|
| From a post | the public post URL |
| Shared directly | a Google Drive link to a screenshot |
Terms:
- proof is reviewed by our team and may be approved or rejected;
- a rejection always carries a reason shown to you, and you may resubmit once;
- proof gates payment, not tracking. Clicks and conversions are always recorded. What is held until proof is approved is the payout;
- proof applies to clicks that occurred within the period it covers;
- we do not automatically open the contents of your Google Drive link. A reviewer opens it in their own browser.
Unproven activity remains tracked and is not paid.
9. Prohibited conduct
The following breach these terms and may result in commission being cancelled, and in suspension or termination:
- Self-referral and circular referrals — using your own code, or swapping codes with another Affiliate to obtain each other's discount.
- Incentivised or forced clicks — asking or paying people to click with no intention of buying.
- Cookie stuffing — setting attribution without a deliberate act by the visitor.
- Paid search bidding on "BisaPrompt" and its variants, including misspellings and combinations with other words.
- Impersonating BisaPrompt, or implying that you are an employee, an official representative, or that BisaPrompt endorses your statements.
- Misleading income claims — stating or implying atypical earnings, whether your earnings from this program or a buyer's earnings from learning at BisaPrompt.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging — spam by email, SMS or messaging apps.
- Coupon sites and browser-extension injection — including extensions that insert codes or take attribution from another Affiliate.
- Content that violates BisaPrompt's Community Guidelines.
- Automated traffic of any kind.
10. Holding period, clawback and negative balance
A 14-day holding period applies before commission can be withdrawn. This protects both sides: an order cancelled inside the refund window must not already have been paid out.
If an order is refunded, charged back, or its membership is reversed, the related commission is cancelled and recorded as a compensating entry. We never delete a record.
If that commission had already been paid out, your balance goes negative, and future commission settles the difference before anything becomes withdrawable. A negative balance is neither hidden nor rounded up to zero.
11. Tax
BisaPrompt withholds Indonesian income tax on your commission at the applicable rate.
The withholding rate depends on whether a valid NPWP is on file for your account. The rate without an NPWP is higher than the rate with one. This status follows the number you save, not a checkbox you tick.
Every commission figure we show consists of three parts: gross commission, tax withheld, and the net amount you receive — with the calculation written out in words.
You are responsible for your own tax reporting. A monthly withholding summary is available to download from your affiliate dashboard.
We are not tax advisers. If your tax position is not straightforward, consult a tax professional.
12. Payouts
- A minimum payout amount applies and is shown on the withdrawal page.
- Payouts are requested by you and approved by a person. There are no automatic payouts.
- On request, the amount is immediately held against your balance. This is what prevents one balance being withdrawn twice. If the request is rejected, the funds return to your balance with a reason.
- Once approved, funds are sent through our payment provider. Arrival time depends on the destination bank or e-wallet and is not something we can guarantee.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your payout account details. A transfer that fails because of a wrong account number, a mismatched holder name, or an inactive account is returned to your balance, and any cost arising from that failure is yours. A transfer that fails through our error or our provider's is ours.
- Payouts can only be sent to a verified account in your own name. We do not pay third-party accounts and do not facilitate transfers between Affiliates.
13. Data protection
Within the Affiliate Program we process:
- your identity (Section 3) and your payout account details, with the account number stored encrypted and only its last four digits ever displayed;
- click data: the time, a salted hash of the IP address (never the address itself), a hash of the browser identity, the referrer host only (never the full URL), and the share type;
- your conversions, commission, tax and payout history.
We do not store raw IP addresses and do not store full referrer URLs.
The data needed to send you money is shared with Xendit, our payment service provider.
Retention periods, your rights over your data, and how to contact us are set out in the Privacy Policy.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend your affiliate account where there are indications of a breach of Section 9, or where your identity verification cannot be maintained. A suspension always carries a reason.
A suspended Affiliate can still see their dashboard and balance, but cannot create new links, submit proof, or withdraw funds.
You may leave at any time. Commission already earned and past its holding period remains withdrawable; commission still within the holding period settles under the same rules as usual.
If an account is terminated for a breach of Section 9, commission arising from the breaching activity is cancelled.
15. Intellectual property
The BisaPrompt name, logo and materials remain ours.
While you are an active Affiliate, you may use the BisaPrompt name and logo to promote BisaPrompt, as provided, without altering them. You may not:
- use them in a way that implies employment, official representation, or endorsement of your statements;
- register domain names, social media accounts or trade marks containing "BisaPrompt" or its variants;
- modify, combine, or incorporate them into a logo of your own.
This permission ends when you cease to be an Affiliate.
16. Independent contractor status
You take part in the Affiliate Program as an independent party. This document creates no employment, agency, partnership, joint venture or franchise relationship between you and BisaPrompt.
You determine how, when and where you promote BisaPrompt, within the limits of Section 9. You have no authority to bind BisaPrompt to any agreement or to make statements on its behalf.
You are responsible for your own taxes, permits and licences, except for the withholding we expressly carry out under Section 11.
17. Limitation of liability and changes to the program
The Affiliate Program is provided as is. We do not guarantee any level of earnings, any level of traffic, or the continued availability of any particular product to promote.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BisaPrompt's liability arising from the Affiliate Program is limited to commission genuinely earned by you and not yet paid. We are not liable for expected profits, content production costs, or advertising spend you incur.
We may modify or end the Affiliate Program with notice. If the program ends, commission already earned remains payable under these terms.
Nothing in this document reduces rights you hold under the law of the Republic of Indonesia that cannot be waived.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
This document is governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
Where a dispute arises, we prefer negotiation first. The negotiation period, the consumer forum option, and the competent court follow BisaPrompt's Terms & Conditions.
The Indonesian text of this document is the controlling text, under Article 31 of Law No. 24 of 2009. This English translation is provided as a convenience.
19. Operator identity and contact
The operator of the Affiliate Program is the legal entity shown in the identity block at the foot of this page.
Questions about the Affiliate Program, including objections to a proof or payout decision, can be raised through the contact address in that same block.

What changed in this version: First version. Sets the 25% open commission, the once-per-account-for-life referral rule, the 14-day holding period, the proof-of-share requirement, income tax withholding, and a payout process gated on human approval. This document is a drafted starting point and still requires review by Indonesian counsel before the program opens publicly.
