Community Guidelines

The BisaPrompt community is where people learn in front of other people — asking about what they do not yet understand, showing unfinished work, being wrong in public. That only works if the space is safe.

These guidelines form part of BisaPrompt's Terms & Conditions.

1. Be respectful

• Treat others the way you would want to be treated while you know nothing yet.
• Criticise the work, not the person.
• No harassment, threats, intimidation, hate speech, or attacks based on ethnicity, religion, race, group, gender, disability, orientation, age, or origin.
• No sexual content, graphic violence, or material that does not belong in a shared learning space.
• Basic questions are always welcome. Mocking the person asking is not.

2. No spam

• Do not post repeated messages, unsolicited promotions, or affiliate links.
• Do not recruit for earning schemes, investments, or multi-level programmes.
• Do not flood a room with consecutive messages to gain visibility.
• Do not promote your own products outside the rooms meant for it.

3. No fraud or impersonation

• Do not claim to be someone else, BisaPrompt staff, or a BisaPrompt partner.
• Do not offer services you do not deliver, or ask for payment outside BisaPrompt's systems in our name.
• Do not post phishing links or malware.
• Do not claim certificates, ranks, or achievements you do not hold.

4. Protect privacy

• Do not share other people's personal data — phone numbers, addresses, employers, screenshots of private conversations — without their permission.
• Be careful sharing your own. Community rooms can be read by other members.
• If you share a prompt or project from work, strip customer data, employee data, and confidential company information first.
• Do not use AI output to profile a person without their knowledge.

5. Respect intellectual property

• Share work you own or are entitled to share.
• Credit the source when you quote someone else's prompt, code, or writing.
• Do not copy BisaPrompt's paid material off the platform, and do not share paid access with people not entitled to it.
• Do not upload copyrighted work without permission.

6. No security abuse

• Do not circumvent or bypass access controls.
• Do not scan, penetration-test, or attack our infrastructure without written permission.
• Do not scrape without permission.
• Do not automate interactions to gain an unfair advantage.

Found a security flaw? Report it to us privately through the contact channels. We do not pursue people who report findings in good faith and do not exploit them.

7. No assessment cheating

• Do not share assessment answer keys.
• Do not ask for or give answers during an assessment.
• Do not sit an assessment or challenge on someone else's behalf.
• Do not automate assessment attempts.

Certificates are only worth something if everyone earned them the same way.

8. No XP or leaderboard manipulation

• Do not create multiple accounts to farm XP.
• Do not repeat an action solely to trigger XP.
• Do not collude to raise each other's rank.
• Do not exploit an obvious system error; report it.

XP, ranks, and badges obtained through manipulation will be corrected.

9. Appropriate AI use

• Using AI to help with your work is fine — that is what this place is for.
• Say when a piece of work is largely AI-generated, especially in challenge submissions.
• Check AI output before sharing it as fact. AI output can be wrong very convincingly.
• Do not use AI to produce content that breaks these guidelines — harassment, fraud, impersonation, or misleading material.

10. Enforcement

We apply proportionate measures, usually in order:

1. Warning — for a minor or first breach.
2. Content removal — the offending message or submission is removed or hidden.
3. Temporary restriction — community access is limited for a period.
4. Account suspension — access to the Service is suspended.
5. Permanent termination — the account is closed.

For serious breaches — credible threats, child sexual material, fraud, attacks on our systems, organised assessment cheating — we may act at any level immediately, without a prior warning.

11. Reporting

Use the report control on the message in question, or contact us through the channels on this page. Reports are treated as confidential as far as possible.

Repeatedly filing false reports to harass someone is itself a breach of these guidelines.

12. Appeals

If you believe a moderation decision was wrong, appeal through the contact channels, saying what happened. We will have it reviewed by a different person where possible.
